This July, Face Front Inclusive Theatre brings to the Dugdale a community festival of inclusive theatre celebrating local disabled and non-disabled artists. Face Front presents two family productions: The Myth of Marvo’s Millions & Between The Wi And The Fi.
The Myth of Marvo’s Millions By Broken Silence Theatre Group - Thursday 11th & Friday 12th July
Rumour has it that Marvo’s Marvellous Circus carries with them a fortune, gathered from around the world over their generations of travel.
An unscrupulous couple of con artists hear of this fortune and between them hatch a plan to steal the treasure.
Is the treasure real or is it just a myth? Can the close knit family of the travelling circus be broken by the Hypnotist and Fortune Teller? Roll up, Roll up and all will be revealed inside the greatest show on earth.
Between The Wi And The Fi By Interaction Theatre Group - Thursday 25th & Friday 26th July
From mobile phones to virtual personal assistants, from drones to androids, technology is everywhere in our modern lives.
However as technology evolves, loneliness is also spreading throughout modern society. In this inclusive play with music we explore both these growing epidemics through the lives of a busy modern family.
Written, devised and performed by a cast aged 11 to 94!
