World Senior Citizen Day is a day of recognition and appreciation for senior citizens. A wiser, more experienced generation who have seen the world grow deserve recognition, and here at The Dugdale we aren't letting this day go unnoticed. Therefore, we have some exciting events coming soon, and there's something for all!

If you love spending your Sundays relaxing and listening to some music, then come along to Sing-a-long-a-Sunday! This is an opportunity for you to enjoy singers and artists perform in an informal environment, and we can guarantee a night of fantastic music and social interaction. If you're interested in coming along to this session.

If you're feeling nostalgic come along to Terrific Toys: Made and Played in Enfield. This is an exhibition celebrating Enfield's history of toys and how some children's lives changed dramatically from working to having the time to play with their toys. The exhibition recognises the borough's rich history in toy manufacturing and how some of the world's best-selling toys originated in Enfield. If you're appealed to this fascinating exhibition, then click here for further information. No booking is required and the event is completely free, so come and delve into Enfield's history of toys.

If musical theatre is something you would enjoy, then come and see the musical extravaganza of Broadway Lights & West End Nights. For six years running, this show has been a sell-out phenomenon and this year promises to be the best yet! With songs from Les Mis, Half a Sixpence, Rent and much more, this show is a guaranteed night of joy and talent delivered by some of North London's most skilled performers!

Poetry is an excellent way of delving into literature, and understanding different feelings and experiences through a more artistic expression. Coming soon, we have Enfield Poets: with Robert Peake & Peter Phillips. The two poets will share their work to an audience and this evening is a brilliant way to escape reality and listen to the eloquence of simple poetry. If you're interested in this event, visit
