The Dugdale Centre is a unique arts venue in the centre of Enfield Town, North London, comprising of a transformative 150 seater theatre, the Museum of Enfield and the award winning EN_Food café/restaurant.
Our reputation continues to grow as a community venue that supports its local area and beyond through showcasing and promoting the talent our wonderful borough has to offer through emerging and established artists.
The Dugdale Centre hosts a busy calendar of musicals, plays, live music, comedy and museum talks. It is our mission to provide culture every single day of the week to the community through our Culture Connects programme to inspire the people of Enfield, provide accessibility to all and continue our legacy to inspire.
As a council building, we adopt a sense of belonging in our space. Working closely with community groups, local businesses and artists, we strive to nurture the next generation of talent, from children to adults, enabling accessibility to the arts for all.
We’re excited to announce the refurbishment of the building through the council’s Build the Change project, hopefully to reopen in Spring 2022. To keep culture at the heart of Enfield in the meantime, we’d be delighted to see you at the Culture Palace, in Palace Gardens where you can find an array of talent to entertain the Enfield public.
